When I encounter a new AI product, I want to look beyond model quality or interface polish and place it back into the complete user task and business system.
Six lenses
- Target user: Who needs it most, and who decides whether it is adopted or purchased?
- Core task: Which step does it replace, improve, or redefine?
- Model capability: What powers the key experience, and are failure boundaries visible?
- Experience loop: How do users provide input, judge results, correct them, and act next?
- Business value: Does value come from efficiency, quality, revenue, or new supply?
- Durable advantage: Can data, distribution, workflow integration, or organizational capability compound over time?
What I will add next
I will use this framework to analyze specific AI products, adding competitor comparisons, key experience captures, public data, and hands-on usage notes. Each analysis will separate product facts, personal judgment, and hypotheses that still need validation.
This page will also become an index for future product analyses.
